EBH Careers

When you apply or create an account on careers.ebh.ma, we collect: name, email, phone number, LinkedIn profile (if provided), your CV (PDF file), and the content of your cover message. If you sign in via LinkedIn, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from LinkedIn.
This data is used solely for processing your application by the Human Resources teams of EBH Technologies and EBH Security: reviewing your profile, getting in touch, and following up on the recruitment process. An excerpt of your CV may be automatically analyzed (AI) to pre-fill the form or suggest a more suitable listing — this analysis is only for input convenience and is never used to automatically exclude you from a process. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Your account data (profile, applications, CV) is kept for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your candidate account — this permanently erases your profile, your saved CV, and your application history from our servers.
In accordance with Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data. To exercise it, contact our contact form.
Passwords are hashed (bcrypt), connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and access to applications is restricted to the relevant Human Resources teams.
